User Agreement

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By creating an account or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the App.

2. ELIGIBILITY

The App is intended for users aged 17 and above. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are at least 17 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement.

3. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE

Ada is a photography community platform that enables users to:

Create and join photography activities and events
Organize group photography sessions (street photography, night scenes, portraits, etc.)
Connect with fellow photography enthusiasts
Share photography experiences and locations

4. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

4.1 Account Creation

To use certain features of the App, you must create an account by providing:

Name or Username
Email address
Other information as required

4.2 Account Security

You are responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
All activities that occur under your account
Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

4.3 Account Accuracy

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to update it as necessary.

5. USER CONDUCT

5.1 Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with this Agreement. You agree NOT to:

Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
Harass, abuse, or harm other users
Post false, misleading, or fraudulent content
Transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or related systems
Use the App for commercial purposes without authorization
Impersonate any person or entity

5.2 Content Standards

Any content you post or share must:

Be respectful and appropriate
Not contain hate speech, violence, or explicit material
Not violate others' privacy or rights
Comply with community guidelines

6. LOCATION SERVICES

The App may request access to your location to:

Help you find nearby photography activities
Connect you with local photography groups
Enhance your user experience

You can control location permissions through your device settings. Location data may be precise or approximate based on your authorization.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

7.1 App Ownership

The App, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by Ada Team and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7.2 User Content

You retain ownership of content you create and post. By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the App.

7.3 License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

8. PHOTOGRAPHY AND PRIVACY

8.1 Photo Usage

Photos you upload are your responsibility
Ensure you have rights to share any photos
Respect others' privacy when photographing in public spaces
Photos are stored locally on your device by default

8.2 No Facial Recognition

We do NOT use facial recognition technology or collect biometric identifiers from your photos.

9. DISCLAIMERS

9.1 "AS IS" Basis

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

9.2 No Guarantee

We do not guarantee that:

The App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
Defects will be corrected
The App is free of viruses or harmful components

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ADA TEAM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

11. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Ada Team from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from:

Your use of the App
Your violation of this Agreement
Your violation of any rights of another party

12. TERMINATION

12.1 By You

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at fltubgsu840127@163.com or through the App settings.

12.2 By Us

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

You violate this Agreement
You engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
Required by law
We discontinue the App

12.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. Data will be deleted or anonymized within 30 days as described in our Privacy Policy.

13. MODIFICATIONS TO THE APP AND AGREEMENT

13.1 App Changes

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time without notice.

13.2 Agreement Changes

We may update this Agreement from time to time. Material changes will be notified through the App or via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

14. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

14.1 Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Ada Team primarily operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

14.2 Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules. You waive any right to participate in class actions.

14.3 Exceptions

Either party may seek injunctive relief in court for intellectual property infringement or unauthorized access.

15. MISCELLANEOUS

15.1 Entire Agreement

This Agreement, together with our Privacy Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between you and Ada Team.

15.2 Severability

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.

15.3 Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver.

15.4 Assignment

You may not assign this Agreement. We may assign our rights without restriction.
